If we conclude that a patent would be of use for you, we can draft a patent application according to your needs and also prosecute it to grant. Should you decide not to apply for a patent, we can help with prophylactic publication, which will prevent later applications for the same invention from being granted.

We can represent clients before EPO and the Swedish patent office as well as in the PCT system. For the rest of the world, we have a network of attorneys to assist.

If other types of IP protection are needed, we have a network of colleagues to help with those as well.
